We always wanted of having a place where all of us could hang out, be relaxed, enjoy good music and enjoy sumptuous food at a very affordable price, a budget friendly indeed. With the fondness of cooking and the eagerness to help my kapamilyas and friends, Rbiel’s Bistro came.
